Coming back from my holiday and after listening to Madonna singing "Holiday" I considered it to be a subtle sign for me to pick up the keyboard and write. The web is full of trivialities (is this even an english word??) and wannabe writers - i don't consider myself in that category...

What is a blog anyway? Some sort of ego massage? A public form of diary? The future of information?

Life is short, the sun is (briefly) shinning - why bother with reading and writing?
